Solved Gadgets wont start.

Hey guys,
So I have a problem-
At first when I installed Windows 7 my gadgets worked fine and ran perfectly
2 days ago I noticed my gadgets suddenly disappeared and now im unable to even open the "Desktop Gadget Gallery"
Has anyone had this same problem or knows how to fix it?

If you shut off UAC the gadgets don't work. There is a work around which is just a simple reg edit.
