Could you please supply some more information to us? It's kind of hard to help you with so little info. Like maybe the game you are playing so we don't have to try to figure it out (I'm pretty sure it's dirt 2)

I'm not a technical expert, so sorry If my Information is invalid, but it says "it cannot be read" so maybe the file is corrupted, also have you tried reinstalling this game?

why did you make two threads for this? also, try re-installing or running a program such as gamebooster while you play to see if that helps. just make sure to back up your game saves before a re-install

I tried those suggestions, inc using GameBooster. No joy.
