Game only shows up on Admin Acct

OK....I went to my Admin acct to install a game (The Legend of Crystal Valley-by MumboJumbo) It only installed on my Admin Acct and does not show up on my user accounts. I have installed other games and they show up on user accounts with an icon. Why did this game only show up on my Admin Acct only? How do I get it on my other user accts? Do I have to re-install it when I'm on that user account?

Is it best to install a game using the Admin Acct or the User Acct that you want the game on?

Any and all info and/or advise would be greatly appreciated.

I am using a Acer Aspire 7740-5142 laptop with a 17.3" screen.

Hello there, actually when you install a game, sometimes the installer asks you which users do you want the game to be available. if you're on the admin account, it'll say something like "install this game just for me (admin)" or "install this game for everyone using this computer", that option will make the game available for every single user on the PC.

If you installed the game within a Guests account and installed it "just for you" it won't be available for the Admin

Hopefully that won't confuse you even more hehe

So Punkster.....It did not give me an option. So should I install games on the user account ( with admin permission) or should I install on admin acct and hope for the best?

Actually you should install all the software and apps within the Adminstrator Account, or at least running the installer in Administrator Mode, that's probably the main issue here, you installed the game on a Guest account and it doesn't show up in the Admin account because the game supposed that you wanted to install on the account the installer is being executed.

No Punkster...I installed the game AT the Admin Acct NOT at a user acct. That's the problem...it's ONLY installed ON the Admin acct!
