Game Won't Launch - Gives Windows Error Message

I'm trying to launch Tron 2.0 and whenever I do Windows 7 gives me the following message:

"The color scheme has been changed to wincdos 7 basic."

Then the screen flickers and the game just doesn't load... nothing happens.

I've tried changing to a basic theme manually and then running the game and still no dice.

I never had this problem on XP-64 when I played the game.

My system is:

Win 7 Ultimate 64
CPU - Q6600
RAM - 4GIG
GPU - HD 4500

Have you run the unofficial patch 1.042 yet? That might fix it.
