Games are running in a weird windowed mode.

Alright, almost all games are running in an weird windowed mode...
I set it to 1600x900 (My main resolution), full screen, and it runs it like in the image provided below.

It is supposed to stretch over to the black sides.
When I was running Vista it was just full screen like it was supposed to be, without any black sides.

I have updated all my graphic drivers etc.

I came across this!

The answer was to right click game icon first and click "Run as administrator" :p

It is not Window mode, what is going on is the graphic drivers are preserving the aspect ratio of your games, instead of distorting them into that super-odd resolution you are using. This is change able of course depending on the type of graphics you have. But why you would want to distort the image is beyond me.
