Games keep crashing with new GPU installation.

Just did that, thanks. Only have my Ripjaws in my system ATM. Will update if it crashes.

Repeat bios and optimize defaults if you add anymore back in
I would of started with the 2 generic 2x2gb sticks so at least you were using dual channel.

after your ram ram fix...

years ago i would get crashing for no reason and eventually failure to POST.
turned out to be a bad wire/pin in one of two 6-pin power connectors that go to my graphics card. When the card needed that extra power and didn't get it, caused system crash or failure to power on. fortunately the 1000w psu i was using had like 6 other connectors, it was rated for 3-way SLI. so i would check those connectors, in my instance when the system did run i could touch/wiggle the 6-pin wires and crash my system that's how i found it (naturally this was after i rma'd the first card) and then could visually see the bad pin in the connector. once i swapped that one bad 6-pin going into the graphics card, everything has been fine since.
I also would not overlook the power supply as being the cause or part of the problem.
with the few times i've truly had internal hardware graphics card problems, there was always some kind of evidence graphically on the screen prior to the complete crash of the game or system. if everything runs fine and fast then bam crash, i would look outside of the graphics card... first the ram, then power connectors to the card, then psu, and so on.

Yep, thank you. I actually replaced the RAM with that 16GB (8BG X 2) of Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400MHz that I bought new for a discounted price from a friend that never had a use for them, new in package.

So far no crashes but in TF2 I notice these graphical quirks where the screen turns completely brown with corrupted textures, but only for 1-3 frames at 120fps, so its quite hard to notice/document.

So, I figured out I'm getting artifacts in TF2, but it's not because of stress/overclocking. Any reason this might be happening?

Now that you have match ram you could try and down clock you ram a little because of the limitations of the cpu. May or may not help but should not hurt anything. The ram speed for a cpu will vary from cpu to cpu.
