games port

hello I have just been given a set of thrust master elite rudder pedals ,with a games port connection ,is there anyway these can be used with win 7 64 bit or is it a case of just put them in the skip ,thanks for reading

I was going to suggest the usb to game ports but I gotta be honest, in my opinion and in my cases... it's a hit or miss and I have had negative success with them.
