Games using intel hd graphics instead of amd mobility radeon

I have an HP Pavilion g6 1202tx. I have all my games switched to high performance in dynamic mode using catalyst control center. One day when I opened game settings in pes 14 game launcher and opened specs tab, I saw that under my GPU was written Intel(R) HD Graphics Family ‎(PS5.0/VS5.0)‎ and not AMD, with a Bad rating beside it. So, surely pes 14 is using Intel(R) HD Graphics Family ‎(PS5.0/VS5.0)‎ as GPU and not AMD. And this may be the reason for poor performance of all my games(L.A Noire runs with 11 fps even in the lowest settings,
GTA 4 with 20 fps in lowest settings). You can get specs for my laptop by googling HP Pavilion g6 1202tx. Also,
is fixed graphics mode better than dynamic mode?

It's all about the power profile mode you're using. If it's set to balanced, your laptop will swap GPUs that will depend on the application. If it's set to High-Performance, it will only use a dedicated GPU (if there's any). If it's set to low-power state then it'll only use the integrated ones.
