Hello everyone,

I would like to have your help/inputs on an issue I have with a game.
A kid installed on my Windows 7 Home Premium laptop a game called Bookworm Deluxe from Oberon Media.
Now I get stuck with it, any try to remove it set a mess with my different installed software, in particular with PowerDesk8 (from Avanquest) which cannot start giving an error message : error in Registry.
Other software cannot start either saying that I have to reinstall etc...
I have to restore from a restore point prior to the uninstall to have my computer work again.
Is it known that this company/program causes havoc to computers? And how could one safely remove it?
Any information will help enormously.
Thank you.

I know this game and might be able to help.

Which steps have you taken in an attempt to remove it? Is there an uninstall entry listed in Programs and Features, and if yes, does it work?

An easy way might be using the free version of Revo Uninstaller, if you want to try that please post back with results and whether it succeeded. If not, we'll go from there.

I've un-installed with both methods, Revo Uninstaller and windows uninstall a program.
Both methods remove the program but then my computer is a mess.
I got to restore as said in the primary post, and then the program is back on the lists.
