Laptop Gateway MA3 does not power on,
what are reasons for not powering on ?

As many reasons you can give me I will apreciate it.

64 bit window 7 prem.
Dead battery.
Dead PSU and battery uncharged for a while.
Dead motherboard.
Dead CPU.
Bad memory.
BIOS corrupt.

Et cetera ad infinitum.
