geForce 7300 LE w/ Gigabyte NX73L accelerator

I have been trying to install the correct dirvers for this device, since installing Win 7, and cannot,
Device manager says drivers are 8.17.12.7061
Win sys 32 has the following:
nv_acp.sys 6.1.7600.16385;
nv4_mini.sys 6.14.10.9131
nvlddmkm.sys 8.17.12.7061
bvraid.sys 10.6.10.18
nvstor.sys 10.6.0.18

When I try to update the drivers, it says I have the current drivers. My Nvida desktop manager, says there are compatability issues.
I did a clean install with 270.61 drivers, didn't work.
After a few minutes of playing games, mouse becomes sluggish, and games run slow.

What now?

found the fix in another post, uninstalled, ran driver sweeper, and installed 270. every thing runs fine now.
