GeForce 8400m problems

Hello,
I just installed Windows 7 today. When I booted up the computer, to my surprise aero peek did not load because it says that my video card does not support it. When I went to check what video card was being detected, the 8400m was not showing up. I downloaded the drivers for windows 7 off of the nvidia website and still no go. I am using a Dell XPS with 4 gigs of memory and a 2ghz Dualcore processor.

What version of windows are you running? Their are alot of threads about the 8400M. I'm kind of tired so if you'll use the search function at the top of the page and just enter drivers 8400m or nvidia 8400m you should get several threads that have delt with this issue. Sorry I can't walk you through it but it's 1:36 Am right now and I'm tired. Also when you have the time please go to your user CP top of page and fill in all of your system specs as it will help others help you if needed in the future. Thanks and welcome to seven forums.
