GeForce RTX 3050 Windows 7 x64 Driver?

HI everyone,

I prefer to work in Windows 7 but I have to dual boot Windows 10 to use applications that refuse to work in Windows 7 (like HR Block 2021). I recently purchased a GeForce RTX 3050 without doing my homework that Windows 7 x64 drivers do not exist. This GPU is what I can afford at the moment without hurting the wallet too much. I don't what to buy an older or used GPU. I want stay with nvidia and use this GPU with Windows 7.

Getting this GPU to work with Windows 7 seems pretty hopeless but I just wanted to ask since I am already here. Thank you in advance for reading my post and for any information you can provide. Sorry for my bad English if something is not clear.

I have just read there are drivers for the 3060 but not the 3050.

Confirmed. The RTX 3050 is not supported in Windows 7 64-bit at the current time.



These are the current video cards that are supported under Windows 7 64-bit with the latest driver.

Seems that Nvidia added support for rtx 3050 recently, but only security update drivers were released, not game ready drivers. Anyone with windows 7 and rtx 3050 already tested how does it works in games (if at all)?

curity update are the same thing as game drivers so gaming should be fine on the rtx 3050 on windows 7

just remember to install the Win7 SHA-2 updates (KB4490628 & KB4474419) first, reboot and then install the Geforce RTX 3050 Win7 graphics driver
