sapphire278, the BSOD that you supplied is caused by IObit Protected Folder (c:\program files (x86)\iobit\protected folder\pffilter.sys)
Code:

You should uninstall the program as a test at least.

One very important thing .....
Code:
Trend Micro Client Framework "c:\program files\trend micro\uniclient\uifrmwrk\uiwatchdog.exe" Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
MSC "c:\program files\microsoft security client\msseces.exe" -hide -runkey Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Using multiple real time antivirus program is harmful. You should uninstall one. Have I been in your place, I will keep Microsort Security Essentials and uninstall the other one, as I know that the other one is problematic.
