Get another IP

Hello,

I'd like to Know how can i get an American IP or European IP ? using Proxy ? does that slow my connection? Because I have 128kbps and doesn't need something to slow me down.

Do you mean a dedicated Ip. You could try and speak to your ISP but i don't think you can get it.

sounds like you want to spoof the ip to an alternate country. I can't think of a legit reason for doing so, thus you might not get a response from this forum.

Yes Yes true spoofing....

Now if its becuase you would like to play some websites that require a American IP then I think you dont need an IP but you can use American DNS servers.

for instance...

OpenDNS.com

I know that when i was in germany... some american websites would not work becuase it told me i was not in the country. which was true based on the ip and dns configuration but i am not sure if it will work but its worth a try...

change the dns numbers and see what that does for you
