Get Icon-Buttons in Explorer Tool/Menu Bar

Hallo,

I used this:

to edit my Explorer Tool/menu bar a few month ago to get the 'Text-Buttons' for Copy, Cut, Paste, Delet and New Directory

But the text-Buttons a very long so when i resize the Explorer window,
they often get hinden behind this two Arrows ('>>').

So it would be great to get the oldstyle Icon-Buttons for this functionality cause they are smaller than the text.
So is there a was to get them without installing new Software??
