I read a forum on the Microsoft Community forums, and they said to copy a command in notepad and then run that command in command prompt. They said if it goes through an infinite loop, then I don't have all of the required updates installed.

Its saying "Service Registration is missing or corrupt (Not fixed)" and "Windows Update error 0x80070057(2015-06-02-T-11_36_25A (Not fixed)" when I ran the Windows Update troubleshooter.
