'Get Windows 10' pop-up sometimes just a black window

Hi. Probably should say from the outset - I'm just an average 'turn the key and drive' computer user.

As per title - when restarting my desktop PC or waking it from Sleep, the 'Get Windows 10' pop-up is sometimes just a black window.

Have tried several things, including running chkdsk, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, but it still happens.

Can it just be ignored? Or should I fix it (and if so, how)?

Based on what I've heard/read, I'm not keen on upgrading. And I understand Microsoft will support Windows 7 until 2020, so for the time being I'm happy to keep it on this desktop. I actually bought a touchscreen laptop this week, primarily so that I can try Windows 8.1 while keeping W7 on desktop (guy in shop advised against upgrading from 8.1 to 10 for time being).
