getting alot of random shut downs

Windows 7 pro 32bit
ASUS P5LD2 bios date 8/28/09 ver.2002
Intel 945P (Lakeport-P) + ICH7R
Intel Pentium D 940 multi core
GeForce 8800 GT 512MB
3072 MB Ram
1 WD 500gig HDD
1 Seagate 1tb HDD

this was the 2nd time it happened(an unexpected shut down).i installed win7(retail) about a week ago.now this is happening,i don't know what to do please help.

my zip file has the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 and System health report in it.

It seems like a hard drive problem is the most likely. I suggest that you test your Seagate drive first with SeaTools: | Seagate

Test your WD drive next: WD Support > Downloads > SATA & SAS > WD Caviar Black

ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000000e - A device which does not exist was specified.

DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware

Other than that, all I can suggest is removing some more risky drivers/programs.

Remove Avast with this tool: http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe

Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Also remove Comodo, and just use the Windows Firewall instead.

i put every thing from the BSOD posting instructions,in my system info zip,thanks JK,so is it serious?

also i have Hard disk sentinel pro installed,its telling me my HDD are working well,is this a reliable program?

I have no experience with that program, so I can't say. Still, though, I recommend the manufacturers' diagnostics.

the WD showed bad sectors,but was unable to fix it because i was running it in windows ,the WD is where the operating system is.would that cause the shut downs,and should i zero format the WD,and reinstall windows?

There is no way to repair bad sectors. The best you can do is move the data to good sectors.

Every hard drive is going to have some bad sectors, but I would suggest you RMA the drive.
