getting annoyed with windows 7

Ok first of all im a bigger gamer i play counter strike for money. To make money i need a computer and windows 7 is not letting me have my normal computer lol. so here is the problem every time i play a game like counter strike, bad company 2, it does not matter the graphics in it "****" up in like 10 mins its completely random. strange shapes start appearing from nowhere and stuff like that. but some times my games completely crash and it says your drivers have stopped working and has recovered. i did not have this problem before when i was running xp im thinking about switching back. i think it might be windows having problems with direct x or something like that im clueless of what to do .

Go to device manger check drivers and cards. Update if needed. Change any drivers or cards if there is a yellow waring poster.

Go to event viewer and check the last few times that you had the problem, for errors.
