Getting bsod and computer running weird HELP

Hello guys so I have malware bites and it keeps coming up blocking ip then it went onto bsod when I ran a full scan I will post picture and file now thanks for the help guys and let me know if this has been done properly

When you scanned, did you opt to remove the malware?

When I scanned it and it froze (Malware bytes ) then got the blue screen computer has been going weird since have a buddy that I speak to on yahoo messenger but he cant see my mail plus I post sometimes and that doesn't show if you help me I will help you in return { If it helps I was running a vpn (vpn book ) I think this might be the case

I am going through the scan no mate I forgot to say there is also update on my computer that wont let me update for some reason
