I tend to get it while playing games like gta 4, grid 2, etc... Never used to have this issue before I upgraded my motherboard and cpu to gigabyte z87x-ud4h and intel i5 4670k.

Not sure how to analyse my issue so I will attach my whole SF Diagnostic Tool results... Any help would be great, thanks :)

Don't need it, Yussi - the installation is counterfeit :(
An ASUS OEM_SLP License on a retail (Gigabyte?) motherboard.

You need to reformat and reinstall using legitimate media and Key

I may as well have left that last post alone, although it's factually incorrect, the conclusion is still the same.

Yes - we cannot assist people while they have counterfeit installations for two reasons
1) It's unethical
2) the activation hacks used are unpredictable in their effects and often come with unexpected and unwanted 'byproducts' - there is no point in attempting to fix such installs.
