You have had the 7f bugcode, which can be applied to a lot of things, but likely hardware issues. Everything is possible though. Your dump contains a memory halt and a bad call. To diagnose your RAM, we'll be using an action called Memtest86+. You can mount it directly from a flashdrive, or a disk if you so desire.

VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL (10e)
The video memory manager encountered a condition that it can't recover from. By crashing,
the video memory manager is attempting to get enough information into the minidump such that
somebody can pinpoint what lead to this condition.

Driver that should be updated
DB3G.sys or Diamondback USB Optical Mouse Driver timestamp is fairly old and likely uncomfortable with Windows 7. Update it, or delete if you're not using the Optical Mouse anymore.

Your dump has a hard time finding a timestamp on your DX-files. I recommend updating them by following the link.

SFC /SCANNOW
Windows 7 blames corrupted Windows files. It does this if it cannot find appropriate drivers or hardware modules to blame, but it's likely your system files can be damaged or changed.
Do a SFC /SCANNOW and report back.
Using the command properly

VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL (10e) was tricked and means the Memory Management encountered a condition it didn't like at all and couldn't recover from it.
Let's start off by updating or re-installing your Graphic Driver, it may be broken. By following this tutorial, you'll have no leftover files at the end of the installation.
i) Make your way to
Nvidia Driver- page
ii) Uninstall the one you currently have and all its extensions
iii) Download
Driver Sweeper
iv) Get to safe mode (without network) and search for Driver Sweeper in your
rb:
v) Select all ATI components and analyse them
vi) Clean them, head into Windows
without internet and download the driver).
After, do a default-scan with
CCleaner.
