Getting random bsod

i am just getting random bsod for no apparent reason
in the zip theres no preformance cuase it refusses to work so sry

win 7 x64 home premioum
dell N5110 (laptop)

Do you have AVG and Microsoft Security Essentials installed?

yes i do have them both installed, and about the bluetooth if i delte the software and "erase" bt from my laptop would it help?

Having them both installed is not really smart this can cause problems like you are having now remove AVG and use MSE at least to test. Try to find your drivers using 'Google'.

thx, i have removed mse i just prefer avg leth hope it works.
