getting rid of IE 11

Hi all,

I downloaded IE 11 and have had nothing but trouble with it, especially viewing YouTube tutorials. I am taking a course and am experiencing freeze ups, unresponsive buttons and the only way to get out is to close the browser completely and go back in with a new browser window. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't.

What I want to do is to download and reinstall IE 10 and get rid of IE 11 until MS debugs it completely. I don't want to restore to an earlier time on my computer as I have a lot of stuff I don't want to see go.

Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this? I would be really appreciative.

If you choose to Uninstall ie11 see this,

Thanks for the options. I didn't do anything to see if the offending software gremlin would self correct. To my surprise and delight, it did. I no longer have problems with my YouTube viewing. The only problem now is I can't log on to one of my shop's suppliers. Not to worry, they accept phone orders.

All I can say about issues with some sites is ie11 is sensitive to DPI and Zoom settings,
So much that some sites will not act correctly,
Also Comp view lists downloading from Microsoft are also a thorn which need to be pulled out of the picture,

But If you did roll back to ie10 like the first two links I posted prior then your much better off,

Unless hard drive space is a problem - I see no reason to put all of your eggs in one basket.

You should install at least one other browser in case some app makes IE not work someday.
