Getting The Best From A MSI R4670-2D1G/D3

Friends,
There are just too many drivers for my card, Who provides the best, ATI, MSI?

How do I get the most from my card? I am not yet ready to OC it but I want to set it up for the optimal performance.

I have adequate hardon to pump it but I just don't think I am getting the best from it.

I am not yet ready to Over Clock it but I want to set it up for the optimal performance. I want the best performance for someone who don't play games but watches HD TV Shows and videos online from sites like NBC, ABC, Spike, Hulu, etc. I also have videos on my HDD that I may watch.

What is Catalyst and is it right for me? Where should I get my drivers? Are there any tweeks that I should consider?

Are there other questions that I also should be asking?

It's recommended you get your drivers straight from manufacturer. In this case, ATI.

Here is an ATI Catalyst guide. It's dated back June 2009 but I hope it's what you are looking for and I hope it helps.

I am going to try the Latest Catalyst for Windows 7, I'll let you know how it goes.

Am I understanding Graphic Card right, for displaying 2D pictures and watching video medium power GPU card are good but over that will be a waste of processing power?
