I have tried several avatars but i can't seem to get any of mine to animate when uploaded. Anyone know what could be causing this?

if you manually resized it without using the proper viewer you can cause it not to function. i have been using the following site.

looks like you are right. i have never had any problem resizing this avatar for any forum and have it work correctly.

Yeah, Bush liked to spend. But the housing falls on Barney Frank and his boyfriend at Freddie.

Bush's spending was terrible (especially TARP). But Obama and the congress are spending at a much faster rate.

So I have plenty of clues!
