Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD7770 Crash Screen

I'm having problems with the Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD7770 OC Edition graphics card. The graphics card will occasionally crash to a grey or white screen and I will not be able to do anything. No error messages are given to me at any time during a reboot of the system. I have enabled "Triple Buffer" in ATI Catalyst Control Center. I have also enabled AMD Overdrive and overclocked the device.

Default GPU Clock: 1100 MHz
Overclock GPU Clock: 1110 MHz
Default Memory Clock: 1250 MHz
Overlock Memory Clock: 1275 MHz

Nothing else has been changed. I have no idea what could cause it to crash and what's even more frustrating is that it also crashed during PC idle time (i.e. When I leave it to download something). Could any one provide me with some help and I have also contacted the seller for a possible replacement.

Do you have the most recent drivers installed? Also, have you altered any voltages?

Yes I have installed the latest driver provided by AMD. And no I have not touched any power settings in the Catalyst Control Center neither in the UEFI.

Similar problem

Gigabyte 7770 was causing the system to shut down, not load correctly. I was building a gaming computer & had a spare 550W power unit. The one I was using was a 450W. No problems since. I am using a 750W Seasonic in my gaming rig, ASUS Maximus Genie MB with GTX 680 Cu 2 GPU, I7 3770. Increase in GPU is an increase in Wattage use. The 7770 is a really good mid range card, fair price for what it can do. Nothing like the gtx 680's though.
