Just saw a notice on a Newegg forum that the revision boards are trickling in. They have a few Biostar/Asus/MSI now, but not many.
Gigabyte and the bulk of Asus are supposed to be one to two weeks away from arrival.
Those who purchased boards prior to the recall will have first priority on the replacements.
You probably won't see the revision boards offered to the general public until Newegg has enough stock on hand to cover the anticipated RMAs, which of course will vary from brand to brand and model to model.
Some say that the old boards will eventually get a revised chipset and be sold as "re-certified" or "open box". That might work out well for someone willing to wait a while. Others say no chance of that because a prospective buyer may not be able to easily tell by eye if the chipset has been replaced.
Anyone who purchased prior to the recall should already have heard from Newegg by email about the recall. If you did not get such an email (I didn't), I suggest you contact Newegg customer service by chat so they can flag your account and make sure you are on the list for an RMA.
Otherwise, wait for a second email from Newegg telling you that your particular revised board is back in stock and available for RMA.
Looks like Newegg will allow "cross shipping"---you give them a credit card number, they ship the new board and a prepaid shipping label for the old board. If you don't send the old board back within 30 days, they charge you for the new board.
Or you can RMA through the manufacturer, but I imagine that would be a lot messier.
