ok, figured while I was looking around in this board, I might as well post about an issue I'm having when recording lets play videos on my pc.
the audio is rather glitchy and artifacty when recording the game play footage, yet when I play the recorded file back on my pc, the audio is perfectly fine in the recording. I'm wondering if maybe this is a bit of user error on my part that I'm just not aware of or something like that.
the program that I use to record my game play footage is OBS, or open broadcast system. while recording, the audio that my pc plays back to me sounds funky, glitchy, and artifacty during the actual recording, but its perfectly fine in the actual file after the fact, so I'm wondering if maybe my pc, or maybe obs is somehow trying to delay the audio, and maybe thats whats making things sound glitchy?? I legit have no clue, all I know is that it just does not sound quite right, yet always is after the recording is over and done.
anyone have any ideas, or is familiar enough with obs to know what might be going on here? I have to be honest, I have not the slightest clue whats going on that makes it sound so glitchy during the recording, yet is always fine in the recorded file after the fact.
