COD 2 and COD 4 are the best games. The first, only for the campaign and second on both.

You found CoD 4 easy? I also only do Campaigns and even though I enjoyed CoD4, I found it to be the hardest of them all, and not because it may be but because it forces you even more than most games into the hurry up and move with bullets coming at you from everywhere, you barely had a chance to breath, but I never been in real battle so I am guessing this is what it most feel?

The plot is good though and you feel like you are part of the whole thing, which is the good part, most games you feel like you are just there to shoot at someone and you have no idea why, then again, you don't really care as long as you can cap them before they do you

Another fun campaign for me is Medal of Honor, not the warfighter one, just Medal of Honor.

I have to say the Cod 4 campaign is very good. But I haven't played the Cod 2 campaign. If you find the campaign too easy you can try to set the difficulty a little higher, but it requires starting a new game.

For me the best call of duty game is the original. All the missions there were fun and it's the only Cod game that had a health bar! Yes a health bar! And it did not regenerate at all. If you were low on health the missions could get really challenging! The campaign was also very long, and if you have the expansion, even longer!

I absolutely love COD2. I beat it about 37 times, last few times on the highest difficulty with pistols only (whenever I could use just a pistol). Insane!

The campaign is pretty good, though kinda generic. But still, I find it better than the melodrama that's been coming out of the Modern Warfare kitchen.

The Russian campaign can be a bit of a pain, but the British and American campaigns are badass. If you find yourself bored, the only thing you can do is up the difficulty... Or try running with pistols only, like me
