Everything is good except the motherboard. Don't get an H67... get either the Z68 or the P67.

How high do you like your eye candy?

The 460 is a good card (I SLI'd 2 of them) but I'd consider a higher level card considering that a current GTX 570 card is better than the 480 was (I'm running a 480 now) and theres the 6 series ATI cards.
I guess it depends on what games you plan on playing.
And also what Fumz said above re your motherboard,

It's OK, but don't expect to run every game at the highest settings. I'd get an HD 6870, it's only a few more $$$.
