If you are asking for free imaging programs, use free Macrium or free Paragon. But if you are looking for a picture viewer, use Faststone Picture viewer.

nope iam asking for image leeching programs

Do you mean an image capture program like a snipping tool or a screen capture program where you can capture e.g. videos that run on the screen.

When i need a image what i do is i right click it and press save image as. This is a tedious process when the number of images rises. Is there a application that can do this for me automatically without having to waste time on mouse clicks ?

I think you are talking about pictures. We usually understand something different if you say "Images"

Nevertheless, from where do you want to copy those pictures.
