Good movie maker like program

I need to edit this movie down like 2 MBs and WMM beta doesn't have it. So is there another program I can use?

has timeline and storyboard for editing mm live is a no go IMO

Sony Vegas 8 Pro is what I have. Very expensive so just use the trial.
