Good Programs?

Hi there,

I wanted a program ( a famous and good one ) that would clean your computer's memory RAM and optimize it. And i also would want that you guys would point me some programs to tweak your computer's performance like this RAM Cleaner.

Please, don't recommend Boostspeed, i already tried this one.

Memory cleaners generally don't do much for your system unless you've got a malfunctioning program - and then it doesn't fix it, it just destroys the corrupted entries that are stored in memory.

And, to add to the problem, they occupy valuable memory that could be better used for programs that need it.
