In addition to ryo, you can try this:
Go tool-->Option-->In the Google Chrome Options window, click “Reset to defaults” button on “under the hood” tab-->A pop-up will appear asking you confirm this action. Click “Reset to defaults” to revert back Google Chrome to default settings.

How are you Ryo? I think wtf mean what the feeling! lol I would be mad if I can't access internet too
