for each time i start google chrome lately i get an alert message as follows:
"do you want to allow this following program to make changes to this computer?"
i have tried unistalling and re-installing the browser... there is no error of certificate or something related... and there are no other errors with any of my programs on my computer...
i can't find where i can configure program security levels or something like that...
any ideas?

What program does it say is asking to make the change, Google chrome? If so, why not go ahead and allow it?
