I have problems with installing this software, anyone know a workaround. I have tried compatablity settings and running as admin but I keep getting this error message..

Try re-downloading the installer (overwriting the one you have now). If that doesn't work, and running with compatibility settings doesn't work, I can only suggest that the program simply does not work with Windows 7 yet, possibly something wrong with the way the installer works.

Cheers guys this is a beta after all I may try a older version.

Actually I restarted my macine and installed version 5, now it works fine :)

You could also try shorting the name of the setup program to something like GoogleEarthSetup.exe.
