Any web site can find your IP. They're should be more privacy.

Well its not a matter of the website "finding" your IP. Every time you browse a website your IP is sent to the server and thats how the server delivers its content.

Just CMD to get your ip.

This will only give your local ip the computer your using, Google gives the IP issued to you by your ISP.

This is what they use when they want to track down copyright infringements, pedofiles etc... In this case dynamic IP won't save you as your ISP keeps a record of assigned addresses and times.

Without knowing your IP, they could not send you any data.
So you couldn't even display this page for example, without giving away your IP.
I mean, you can use TOR or be behind a proxy to "hide" your real IP... But there MUST be a way for a website to reach you, otherwise the entire Internet wouldn't even exist.
