Google toolbar translate

Hi everyone!
I'm using google toolbar just for the translator by hovering over a word.
It's not anymore functioning or what is going on?
I'm speaking for iexplorer 11 in W7sp1 full updated.
I've already search but there are not news, out of old discussions from 2010.
So maybe someone from you knows about how the situation is now?
Is there a way to make it functioning?
I've try many solutions (from that old discussions), preventing protected mode,
reinstalling the toolbar, changing values in registry (about iexplorer restriction policies), clearing cache,
updating java, but nothing makes it working again.
It's like -half working... shows only the popup with the word and for translate "no result" I attach an image

Unfortunatelly that is another story but it can be a direction for investigation...
maybe an update is the culprit...
If someone could tell us that he is using "by hovering translator" these days
would help a lot ... for at least not spending time around... without a reason..
without the possibility to make it functioning again...
