Hi Kingy1ful - I looked at your posted "Specs" and saw nothing. You only have your version of Win 7 listed. You need to fill in the details (in the "User CP" function of SevenForums) and then we can help you more.
You obviously have some kind of a Serious Problem (but maybe easily solved). Sometimes, the most complicated problems are the easiest ones to solve. But BSOD's are not usually trivial problems.
Good Luck - You wont find any more Support than you will in this Forum
A BSOD ("Blue screen error") is indicative of a fundamental system problem, not just a stupid software app. Stick with it - my guess is that you have some kind of a hardware problem in your system.
Attempt to do a reinstall. When doing so ensure you reformat the HDD. Be sure it is a clean install so that you are dragging nothing from the precious installation into the new one. Reinstall all your internal parts, and disconnect any external devices.
Notice you didn't include your HDD in your specs; if you could this would also help us to determine where your problem may be (please include the age of the HDD along with size). Thanks for any information you can give us.

I can sometimes start in safemode and after a while it will crash. I have also started in "normal" mode but same thing again , it will crash after a while.
When I started it in normal mode and click on a program, the program wouldn't load.
On start up it wouldn't load any of my anti-virus programs or anything thats is normally on the tool bar apart from the windows 7 anti virus thing.
I have also system restored back to an earlier date.
The first time it crashed was just after I installed and game that needed an up-date. I can't remeber what the up-date was though..... it was something like a Flash kind of thing (sorry really can remeber what it was). That why I thought I system restore may work.
Yeah I could re-install windows but I have loads of stuff I need on the drive so I would like to try and solve the problem first.
