Solved Got BSOD Razer Blade 1st Gen

I also have 3 usb parts in my laptop but when i go to my Device function its only showing two Generic USB Hub it has (Generic USB Hub) Port_#0001.Hub_#0001 (Generic USB Hub) Port_#0001.Hub_#0002 it's not showing (Generic USB Hub) Port_#0001.Hub_#0003 do you guys know how can i fix this problem my third usb stopped working again randomly

And, if this was my laptop, I would take it back to the shop I got it from.
A new laptop shouldn't be acting up like this.

My usb 3.0 start working agAin maby i ahouldt connect usb 2 to 3 thats why it maked it stopped working? And sorry for that

I'd suggest a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html as there might also be lot of bloatware stopping things from working correctly.

I agree with KoolKat on both counts. If it is a new computer, I would return it to where I bought it and let them fix it.. That's what the warranty is for. I also agree about the clean install. Software does conflict with drivers and other software, especially with some of the bloatware that is put on new computers. A clean install without the bloatware can resolve many problems. When you use USB devices, do you use the 'safely remove' function? That you should always do. If you choose to try to fix it yourself, perhaps this can help http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/165554-usb-driver-general-fix-problems.html. But, sometimes trying to fix a problem can take longer than just doing a clean install and solve the problem as well as future problems that may come up in the future because of the bloatware.

When you go to the site to download the drivers before doing the install, use the newest version. You can tell the newest version by the driver version (a higher number is newer than a lower number) and most drivers have a release date on them. Use the most recent release date.

sorry for bumping no i cant bring back to store because i buyed from amazon.ca now im in iran i can't do that but the usb start working probably again and also i dont want to really reformat for just small problem ^_6 i have to download all my stuff again right now its working fine again

thanks for the info my laptop seems to be working fine now and the USB 3.0 Start working again i will do the usb driver general fix-problems when i needed it right now its good NO MORE BSOD OR USB Problem hopefully

so here is my problem every time i put my laptop on sleep and turn it back on from sleep mode the usb 3.0 will stop working and i need to shut down my laptop and than turn it on back and it will work by itself if i do the USB Driver - General Fix for Problems. will it fix my problem?

It may. It seems you have a problem with sleep on your laptop, not just the USB ports. Try the advanced power options and see if it helps. Click the start button, type power options in the search box, click on the power options entry that appears. You should get a screen where you tell the computer when to sleep. below that click where it says change advanced power settings. You should get a screen of advanced power settings, Click on USB, then click on selective suspend and change the value to disabled. That setting allows your computer to put unused USB ports to sleep or turn them off when not in use to save power. Not turning them off may solve your problem but could affect the battery life of the laptop too. You may not be able to run as long on a battery charge as normal.

Yes, USB is what I meant, it was a typo. Fixed now.Sorry it didn't work and I really have no other solutions other than trying the link I gave you. What seems to be happening is when you start your computer, it loads all drivers. When you wake up from sleep, that driver does not wake up. So, when you restart, it works again because it is reloaded. You may look in bios and see if there are settings that will help under USB or Sleep options. Also you may disable USB Selective Suspend.

• USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

After disabling it, put the laptop in sleep and observe if it is behaving the same or not.

@Arc and @essenbe i found the solution for it i had a program on my laptop called USB 3.0 Host Controller Utility i opened that program and there was something disable USB 3.0 power management functions and i click on that or check on that it works now when i put my laptop on sleep mode and turn it back on its work probably!! oh and also will that affect my laptop checking that?
