got bsod

Hi guys today i got bsod when i exploring in NOKIA (Portable Media Player) & tried to view some photos in it.
i have bluescreen viewer software,so i saw with that bluescreen is caused by ASMedia XHCI Controller.

Hi arc,when i ran sf diagnostic tool it said sucessfully copied.after the green bar filled up.now it stay on that screen.i ended the process in task manger,why it taking too much time ?

Edit-anyway i ended the process & the folder it created i compressed it >>

ok i'll do it.but before tell me why sf diagnostic tool was taking too long & i had to forcedly end it in the task manager ? It had become unresponsive...
