The only maybe to watch for: if for any reason, Macrium Reflect 7 or Macrium Reflect 8 does not work with known good external USB HDDs, go with WinPE 10/WIM build for the DVD and USB boots. DSperber, a member of macrium reflect forum, gave me this solution for my Macrium Reflect 7 some time ago, and that has worked flawlessly ever since.
