got new problem with win 7

Why does it seem I cant get a good win 7 system ? are there factions out there against me lol it would seem ..... god cant even post the problem going to reinstall again ........ or need to post this private if u know how to fix will wait till tomorrow ?

Sorry about that had a photo bucket issue that turned, posted images in to a link to my uploaded collection ? ... anyway back to my problem trying to delete windows old there is nothing in it but the file below but wont delete any ideas ?

Hi today for some reason I was able to delete the windows old folder ??? will run malwarebytes again, but hopefully gone
