I was given an HP 4215xi for my Win7 x64 Ult. but can't find drivers for it? Does anyone have ideas? I think I found things for Vistax64? on HP website but no Win7. If you can point me in a good direction I appreciate it.

Hi Guys, Thanks for the replies. Yes I have used the Vista driver. I still have a bang icon on the printer in "Devices..." window. And when I try to print something the print window says the job is "printing" but nothing happens. I dual boot Win10 so I will have a fall back, and the printer will crank up in Win10 so I know it works and will accept commands. Since it was a gift it is more a quest than a need but I thought it would be fun to have a printer in the man cave.
Kinda weird 7 is left out in the cold but 10 will work. I'm going to keep trying though since Win7 is my main OS.
And why is Win7 still my main OS? Because of all the help here on Windows Seven Forums.

Ha Ha! Just received SIW2's second reply. I will try these out and see if they help.
Thanks!

Very strange... I can copy through the printer's buttons and I can scan to my PC but I can't print from PC to printer. Message just says "printing..." I think I will roll Win7 back to an earlier date and start over. Maybe I piled up too much different stuff in there and there is a conflict. Also, SIW2 Thanks for the NAPS2. When I get this printing glitch working I will try to add.

Okay, well I went back to an image of a few days before I tried to get this OfficeJet 4215xi running and still can't get from Win7 to printer after starting over the install. Still scans fine and it makes copies and would possibly even fax if I had a hand line so I guess I will contact the donor and see if he has a disk. I really like this thing. Will print color also and folds up to a little bigger than a shoe box. Perfect for my garage.
