GPT or MBR?

Hello, Not sure if I should set up my drives as gpt or mbr on a new system.
My new hardware:
MB- AsusP8Z68-V, UEFI BIOS
OS HD- Crucial M4 64g
Data HD- WD Caviar Black 750g

From what Ive read if install Win 7 64bit on the SSD without making any changes Ill get a gpt disk. Recommended UEFI-Based Disk-Partition Configurations
I realize I can install with a MBR if I want.

Ive read some pros and cons. Windows and GPT FAQ I'm leaning toward GPT.

In the tut you referenced down the bottom theres a warning:
"You CANNOT make a sector-by-sector copy of GPT disks. The Disk and Partition GUIDs will no longer be unique. This must never happen. You can make a sector-by-sector copy of the contents of ESP or basic data partitions."

What exactly is a sector-by-sector copy of the disk? Does this mean I cant clone it?

I dont want to clone it. I want to know what a sector to sector copy of a disk is.

It's actually a good point to raise.

I would also check Imaging software compatibility with GPT before making the plunge. I don't think Macrium Reflect Free for example supports GPT.

Thats a concern I have, what imaging and partition programs will I be able to use. (Id like to use a free program)
I checked free Macrium a while back and thought it supported GPT disks. Just double checked and it doesn't. I must have checked the pay version.

Just checked Acronis WD edition and cant tell if it supports GPT disks. I emailed WD with a question.

I also checked Partition Wizard a while back and it supported GPT disks. Ill have to check that again also. Must have been late when I was checking.
