Hi Tungki, welcome to Sevenforums. Issue that you are facing is common. There are lots of programs to show the information of your hardware. What you see in DxDiag is the available memory of your card. I suggest you to use MSI afterburner.

Can you post your system specs?

MSI afterburner is a program via which you can control the Fan speed, GPU clock and lot more. You can check the card info via that as well. But, personally i will suggest you to use the program from the company. If you have an ATI card, use CCC only.

here is the link to MSI afterburner.

Since the 32-bit version of Windows would use up to 3.25GB of RAM it would logical to assume that remaining ~4.75GB was hardware reserved hence a portion of that amount was available as shared memory for the Intel HD Graphics. It should be noted that the Intel Graphics uses portion of your RAM as video memory (it has no dedicated memory) so when you installed 64-Bit the system made use of more RAM, probably leaving less memory for the integrated graphics hence a lower amount was visible in GPU-Z. However this should not normally affect the amount of memory shared used by the Intel Graphics, it will use the required quantity when it needs so.

Post a screen shot of the Memory Tab in Resource Monitor
You can view this in Resource Monitor. Start > type "resource" > Open Resource Monitor > Memory Tab > Physical Memory.

You mean 64bit is not suported with my Device?

MSI Afterburner will work on any graphics brand/model. Your Resmon stats are fine. All your RAM is being properly used. The issue may be that whenever using any graphics intensive apps (like Games) the Intel HD graphics is still being used instead of the AMD Graphics hence causing the degradation in performance. Update to the latest AMD driver.
