GPU temperature monitoring software

Can anyone recommend a GPU temperature monitoring program?
Something light, and which works with:
1.Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Edition
2.Intel Core i7 i7-740QM / 1.73 GHz/Max Turbo Speed 2.93 GHz
3.Quad-Core/L3 cache - 6 MB
4.Chipset-Mobile Intel PM55 Express
5.Graphics-Processor NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M - 1.5 GB GDDR5 SDRAM
6.Technology DDR3 SDRAM

I have a Chipset Mobile Intel PM55 Express and the nvidea.

There was supposed to be a monitoring tool (Windows Task manager) I'm damned if I can find it.


I have browse and I come w/ thes result, If you come across wit better software.
Would you please! Give me you Input.

Afterburner lets you adjust your clock speeds on the gpu. However since it's a mobile chip, there's no voltage control nor much OC headroom. Mobile chips run pretty hot as is. I've got a GTX485M in my laptop and that is pretty much at it's limits to start with.

It also has a good monitoring app that monitors virtually everything like GPU-Z does.

It also lets you control your fanspeed on most desktop cards. Great for gaming.

What does graphics temprature monitoring have to do with dvd ripping/burning etc. ?

I`m sure we all have all those programs installed, I do.

For one i can look cd room., cpu, on & on
But mainly to know hardware resources.

I just start to feel hardware started to stroll.

I personally use Afterburner for my desktop, but on my laptop I just use Realtemp. It covers both Cpu and Gpu temps. However it doesn't monitor Gpu load like AB or GPU-Z

Does your dvd app utilize the Gpu, or is that what you are trying to discover?

I use laptop as well. What cluld be different between desktop & laptop?
As GPU to be quite honest. I dont known.
Here is another reason i wanted to use it. So i can started to understand how hardware work's.

So for a laptops user have suguested if you look on the pas post.
