Is it possible, to grant permission a user to create share of any folder of his PC in active directory environment. User can only create a share folder for other user, at the same time that user denied for any administrative power.

Please help me by providing information how can I do that.

I believe you are looking at editing group policy here. This specific change is not something I have ever done but it certainly sounds like a group policy privledge would solve your problem here.
Basically you need to give standard users the admin ability of creating shares. While not opening up anything else to them.

All I can do to get you started is tell you group policies is what you are after.
I just don't know exactly which one needs to be edited off the top of my head.

Thanks for your reply. Please clear me about it's "Basically you need to give standard users the admin ability of creating shares. While not opening up anything else to them."

The only other method I could think of was one that involved granting many more permissions than you are apparently trying here.

Thanks MR. Maguscreed, I am affraid, I can't do that. One person suggest me whose user requires to create a share file, those user joined to the administrator group. But that is not so good suggestion. By the way, thanks again for your quick reply.
